Excited about this phase
It was great meeting everyone involved in this phase of YPG yesterday. There was certainly lots of enthusiasm and great ideas flying around and I am really excited at seeing where things go from here. Thanks for having me yet again!
Having been invovled in the project from the start I was feeling a bit apprehensive of what the project would be like without pupils attending formal meetings. However, I needn't have worried as I think that the launch of the website and the blog/forum space could become a really exciting place to have conversations between teachers, pupils and academics.
Dean- your project sounds amazing. I can't believe how many great ideas you've had from this one meeting. Looking forward to hearing everyone else's plans. And please everyone, do get in touch if you think I can be of any help.
Finally... Anne, as we mentioned yesterday, it would be great to be able to comment directly on each others blogs. Much better than having to switch to and fro between this and the ning. Speaking of which, I will go off and investigate that option now...
